  • Unlimited advisory work  Speak to your solicitor as often as you need, by message or by call. They are on hand for questions, second opinions, a view on a clause, or a regular check-in.
  • Drafting and negotiation, seen through to completion  When something needs to be prepared for you, such as a contract, a set of policies, a formal advice note or a letter to the other side, we prepare it and see it through to completion, including revisions and negotiation, at no further charge. Your plan includes up to 6 pieces of such work a year. Further work is quoted at a fixed fee with your 10% discount.
  • A dedicated solicitor who knows your business
  • A proactive legal roadmap  Your solicitor works out what your business needs and in what order, then you build a legal roadmap together before any work begins.
  • Pre-action disputes  Dispute work at the pre-action stage is included on Accelerate, Scale and Enterprise.
  • Debt recovery  Unpaid invoices where a single debtor owes £2,500 or more. For smaller debts your solicitor advises you and provides our letter templates, or sends a letter before action as a fixed-fee project with your discount.
  • Commercial leases up to 3 years  One lease a year, three years or less, with rent and any premium each under £50,000. Longer leases and a second lease are fixed-fee with your discount.
  • Unlimited UK trade mark applications  We carry out the search, the application and the strategy for as many UK trade mark applications as your business needs, without using an Instruction. The official Intellectual Property Office fees are payable by you.

Fees exclude VAT and are agreed in writing before work starts. The review fee applies where you already hold the documents and we adapt them; the from-scratch fee where we draft each document fresh. Packages suit founders who want to tackle a single milestone first, getting set up, launch-ready or investor-ready, before deciding on ongoing support. 
Once you subscribe, we open your Client Hub the same day and start onboarding, including standard identity and compliance checks. Most founders are set up within twenty minutes, and your solicitor reaches out to schedule a first session. Urgent matters can usually be picked up as soon as onboarding clears.
No. A package is a one-off, with no obligation to continue. But if you do subscribe within nine months of completing it, we credit 10 to 30 per cent of the package fee toward your first year, so it makes sense to keep the option open.

Get incorporated covers company formation and share structure, founder articles and governance, and your core commercial documents. Ready to trade adds website terms and a privacy pack, your key commercial agreements and your first employment agreement and handbook. Ready to raise covers the shareholders' agreement, the founders' IP assignment pack, and cap table and round-ready documents. Unlimited advisory work, commercial contracts, NDAs and digital terms, employment and HR, founders' and shareholders' agreements, corporate governance, privacy and compliance, IP and trade marks, short commercial leases, pre-action disputes and debt recovery. One dedicated solicitor handles it all.

Transaction work: funding rounds, SEIS and EIS, and buying or selling a business. The advice and guidance are included in your subscription; the transaction itself and the documents behind it are handled as a fixed-fee project alongside the subscription and quoted before we start. Third-party costs such as Companies House and UKIPO fees are passed through at cost.

We also do not give tax advice, and we do not specialise in litigation, so if a matter goes to court we appoint and brief a disputes firm for you and stay alongside you.

Funding rounds are scoped as fixed-fee projects, whether or not you subscribe. SEIS and EIS rounds, convertibles and seed rounds each have a set fee agreed upfront, listed on our Raising investment page. We draft the legal documents and lead the legal workstream; your accountant advises on tax and makes any filings.

If you complete a package and then subscribe within nine months, we credit between 10 and 30 per cent of what you paid for the package toward your first year of subscription. The money you spend getting set up isn't separate from your ongoing support, it counts toward it.
No. The monthly fee is the monthly fee. The only additions are third-party costs passed through at cost (filing fees, registry fees, counsel's fees) and any project work outside subscription scope, always quoted as a fixed fee in writing before we start. No charges for emails, calls or short queries.
Your subscription rolls forward on the cadence you chose, monthly or annual, unless you tell us before the renewal date. We remind you at least 30 days ahead, and we always give advance notice if anything changes on pricing.
We offer a 30-day guarantee. If you are not happy with our service in the first month, you can ask for your money back.
