Experiences and giftingVirgin Experience Days
One legal team for every experience
Our work for Virgin Experience Days spans every department, which means we see their business as a whole rather than as a series of isolated legal questions. That perspective is what allows our work to be consistent and commercial.

Where the pressure is
An experience gifting business is a marketplace: thousands of supplier partners on one side, consumers and corporate buyers on the other, and a well-known brand in the middle. Every partner needs a contract that protects the customer and the name, every campaign touches consumer law and the brand guidelines, and a large team brings a steady stream of employment questions. The legal work never stops, and much of it used to go to external firms on the clock.
What we did
Around thirty-five matters a year on the Enterprise plan, with the legal function run as a single desk.
- Supplier, partner and customer agreements reviewed and negotiated so deals keep moving
- Day-to-day employment advice, and protection for the brand behind the experiences
- General advice across departments, from marketing to operations, answered inside the week
- A proactive legal review of the business at the start of the relationship
- Legal spend management: when a matter needs a specialist, we brief, instruct and oversee them so hours stay lean
